PENSA-KNUST users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How To Request Account Deletion

Delete My PENSA-KNUST Account
In your email, include:
- Your full name
- The email address or phone number used for your PENSA-KNUST account
- A short statement confirming that you want your account deleted
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal data where possible, including:

- Contact details
- Device notification token
- Personal app activity linked directly to your account
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where necessary for legitimate church administration, safety, audit, or record-keeping purposes. This may include:

Retention Period
Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. Some retained records may be kept for as long as required for church administrative purposes.
Partial Data Deletion
Users may also request correction or deletion of specific personal information without deleting their full account by contacting the same email address.
